Psychotherapy

About me

With more than a decade of experience, people often describe me as warm, thoughtful, practical, and easy to talk to. I listen carefully, ask questions that encourage you to look at situations from different perspectives, and help you better understand what's contributing to your difficulties.

I want you to leave each session with greater clarity and a better sense of how you want to move forward.

My Approach

I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual. I use an eclectic approach that draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), adapting treatment to the person sitting in front of me.

My goal is to help people better understand themselves, gain new perspectives, and make meaningful, lasting changes.

I don't believe therapy should feel like following a script. My role is to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, point out things you may not have noticed, and help you think about situations differently.
